About Us

Where we are heading:

When it comes to learning and providing a seriously cool environment, we’re certainly top of the pile in Buckinghamshire. Our dynamic management and teaching team is dedicated to delivering the best tuition experience for children. We provide an excellent 'personal' teaching service which inspires children to love learning and achieve wonders! Most of our kids stay with us for years. And why? Because we’re not like school…we’re an oasis of learning for children who need or want that extra special attention. We’ll stretch, we’ll encourage, we’ll go over and over problem areas until children gain the confidence to move on and up.

Free Assessment:

Many parents worry about how their children are performing at school. Are their children at the standard appropriate for the age and class? We provide a free, no obligation assessment and discuss the results with you in detail. The assessment takes about one hour. Afterwards you will find out exactly how your child is performing at school and where your child’s difficulties lie. If there is a problem we will explain how your child can be helped. If you feel your child is not being stretched at school, we can also help you.

Homework

Homework is an essential part of the programme particularly in reading. Most weekly homework will take about half an hour to do each week. The Centre Director, a qualified head teacher, is well aware of each student’s workload, and a customised homework schedule can be arranged for each student's unique needs.

An Individual Programme

We will devise a Personal Education Plan (PEP) to meet the needs of your child using the tried and proved Kip McGrath method of tutoring. All our teachers are professionally qualified and CRB cleared. Our teaching aids include the use of audio, computer, graded worksheets and textbooks. These are all specifically designed to teach, revise and extend.

Tutors

Your child’s tutor will be a fully qualified teacher. Your child will receive individual attention, their progress being carefully monitored. Your child’s improvement will be obvious and you will see progress as the lessons become more challenging and your child achieves their PEP targets.
