Free Assessment

Every parent deserves to know how well their child is doing at school for his age and ability.  Do not make assumptions about your child’s ability.  It is important to get an educational assessment as early as possible in order to evaluate your child’s needs.  It could be that he is doing well at school but not being stretched enough.  It may be that he is shy and has difficulty speaking up and therefore remains a little behind for his age.  Whatever, an assessment at Kip Aylesbury will give you professional feedback.  The assessments are normally conducted by Michael Garnett, a qualified headteacher with a Masters degree in Education from Westminster College, Oxford.

Assessments are generally available on Wednesday evenings and Saturday  afternoons (or occasionally at other times to suit).

We will book times for your child's assessment over the phone, so please call us directly on 01296 747500. If you wish, you may e-mail us or contact us using the form below, but please include a phone number and suitable times to call so that we may contact you.

A full assessment takes about an hour. Please tell your child that these really are assessments and not ‘tests’! They enable us to let you know your child’s current level of achievement. The results form the basis of our discussion with you aimed at improving your child’s future development. We will put forward some recommendations and in consultation with you we will map out a focussed, personal education programme for your child.
